Studio Policies
Bookings + Cancellations
We require a valid credit card number to secure all appointments. A minimum of 24 hours is required for all cancellations. Cancellations can be made via email or by calling or texting the studio phone number. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 50% fee of the booked service price. 100% of the service is charged for no-shows.
In the event you know you're going to be a few minutes late, we kindly ask that you call the studio phone number and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that we can still take your appointment and may have to ask you to reschedule.
We accept cash and all major credit cards. We do not accept checks. Gratuity can be added to your card or in cash.
Gloss Beauty + Bridal does not extend refunds on services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with any of your services, you have up to 7 days to receive complimentary adjustments.
Due to the small studio space we operate in, we do not allow children at scheduled appointments.
